Mystical Motherhood Philosophy

This is an experiment. It is a revolution. We are creating a new model of the family unit by demonstrating a different path to awaken the true potential within individuals. It is time to raise children who are reality centered, focused, spontaneous, respectful, humorous, ethical, open-minded, creative, and deeply connected.

Mystical Motherhood is a guidebook to help you through fertility, conscious conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and into the early childhood years. Each section of the book provides ancient yogic secrets, meditations, and exercises to guide you through motherhood. If you choose to work with me privately or in a group, all of these concepts will be discussed.

This book is a roadmap to awakening and healthy living. Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs was used as a guidepost to help you meet the physiological, safety, love, and esteem needs in order to become a fulfilled family. These fundamental needs are described here:

These Fundamental Needs Are:

  1. Physiological needs help to maintain a healthy body and mind, and we must have our basic needs met in order to create a strong foundation for our lives. Here you will find an alternative outlook on nutrition, fertility, reducing toxic load, enhancing the home environment, and changing your sleep patterns to connect to higher states of wellbeing. This section will help families to consciously prepare for a child or improve their already busy household.
  2. Safety needs begin in the womb, and children do not grow or achieve unless they feel protected. Here I provide a plan for a conscious pregnancy, safe birth, and a healing postpartum period, which is vital for mothers and newborns. In this section, you will prepare for your birth, learn how to heal yourself, and take care of your baby.
  3. Love and belonging needs are a part of our tribal nature. We need to feel loved and accepted by our parents and in our relationships. In this section, I guide readers to take a more conscious approach to how they raise their children by providing a new outlook for the relationship they have within themselves and others. Mothers will learn how to care for themselves during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
  4. Esteem needs help us to create higher positions in a group and feel respected. Here we examine concepts such as achievement, mastery, independence, status, self-respect, and respect from others. Parents will learn how to approach their child in the early childhood years through conscious development, bonding, and enhanced growth.
  5. Self-actualization, self-fulfillment, being fully human, or living a no-limits life occurs when we realize our true potential and take the path of our ultimate destiny. I will discuss the qualities of a self-actualized individual such as honesty, intrinsic motivation, and connection to the larger universe. Parents will learn how to ultimately cultivate creativity, advanced expression, and appreciation within themselves and their children.
