Conscious motherhood: take a personality test

Are you interested in conscious conception, pregnancy & birth? If so, before you have a baby you need to take a personality inventory. This means that you must go through your personality and everything that happened to you up until now that brought you to where you are. Identify who you are as a mother, as a child, as a woman, and the impressions that other people put into you. Understand what you think a parent is and how you would act as one. Go through your memory bank and history—write it down and journal out your life. Consciously replace old memories with new ones. When you play old negative scenes, begin to create new memories over them by creating new mental projections that are more positive. Understanding your personality and history will help you to understand yourself.

Prepare for Pregnancy & Birth through Conscious Conception

Conscious conception takes a significant amount of mental, emotional, and spiritual preparation. In ancient times yogis would take years to prepare to bring a baby into this world. Anywhere from 7 to 40 years of internal devotion and prayer was not uncommon. I know we don’t have that much time now, but there is no better time to start then now. Pregnancy is something not take on if you are not fully ready. Don’t take having a child lightly. Yogi Bhajan explained that if you are not prepared to have baby you can significantly decrease the IQ of the child and this percentage increases if both the male and the female are not prepared. This video will describe conscious conception and exactly how to do this. Enjoy!

Coping Skills for Pregnancy & Motherhood – video

“A self-possessed woman in childbirth can be a powerful teacher for all (including herself) on the temporality, humility, and connectedness of life.”
–Ani DiFranco

A woman’s attitude and approach toward pregnancy, and life in general, tends to manifest during childbirth and the immediate time before. Women go through labor in a similar manner to the way they live, and because childbirth can be a hyped-up and emotional time, behaviors are often magnified. Coping skills are vital to have during this process, as certain personality characteristics and fears are potential risk factors for a high- or low-risk birth. Anjai Meditation Pose

Kundalini Meditation for Fertility & Ovary Adjustment

Andaj Kriya as Taught by Yogi Bhajan

This meditation helps to adjust the ovaries in women, which will assist with conception.

Yogi Bhajan said, “You want your kidneys and ovaries to become balanced? Just balance your hands straight before you. Don’t do anything else. Am I asking you to meditate or do anything? No. Just don’t be irritated. That’s all I’m saying. Don’t react. You will react. Yes, yes. The ovaries are getting adjusted. And if the egg has been released by the wrong ovary, you will find a surprise in your body. You have to adjust your ovaries every month, and there’s no other way other than the Andaj kriya. There’s no other kriya which can do it. This is the elbow and this is ninety degrees, absolutely parallel. It automatically stretches the body and the entire area and the action and reaction will balance. Remember when you had an ovarian cyst, and what it cost with all the insurance?”

Mother Lifting Baby Up

Tools to Heal Eating Disorders & Addictions

My mission is to teach you how to clear yourself, your wounds, and family generational patterns so that you can bring healthy and happy children into this world that are more advanced than the generation before. In order to do this we have to look at ourselves in the mirror and really get to know who we are – the Good and the Bad. One problem I consistently see across the board when I work with women is issues around food, low self-esteem and complex body image problems – that the women may or may not even be aware of.

I am here to tell you that you can heal and LOVE YOURSELF. I also want you to understand how important this healing is before you conceive. It is vital not to pass on body image issues to our children. I write more in depth about this is my book – Mystical Motherhood which can found on Amazon, but I am going to explain a little bit about altering our belief systems before we become pregnant in this video and why this is essential to the advancement of the baby.
