Conscious Conception: Plan Your Pregnancy (video)

The most important concepts you must understand regarding conscious conception is that it takes a significant amount of mental, emotional, and spiritual preparation and that pregnancy is something you should absolutely not take on if you are not fully ready. People all over the world are procreating, but as we can see, not much has improved. This is why conscious conception is so important, and if you are reading this and prepared to do the work, you could change the planet. Throughout this book, I will refer to the male and female “partnership” when it comes to creating and raising a child because essentially that’s the base equation needed to produce, but I understand that families are made up of all sorts of equations. I am speaking to the single moms, split families, grandmothers, aunts, and fathers at different points throughout the text too as there are many ways to raise a child, and everyone needs to be on board. Conception requires just an ovum and a sperm, but if you want to do it consciously, and you are ready to bring a high vibrational Being on to this planet, I am here to discuss some things that should have been put into mass consumption years ago.
As a conscious and prepared woman, you need to be ready and not take the responsibility or bringing a life into this world lightly.

“It is absolutely wrong to be pregnant when you are spiritually, mentally, emotionally, or physically unprepared. It has been estimated that in a very fast society, eighty percent of all conceptions happen by chance… It is a very sad situation. To be very frank and honest, it will ruin the IQ of the child up to thirty-three percent. One-third of the possible IQ of the child, his potential health, his faculty of creativity, and his intelligence to deal with his personal security will be ruined if the mother was physically, mentally, and spiritually unprepared to conceive the child, and it will be a loss of another twenty percent if the father is similarly unprepared. Before it happens, the pregnancy should be totally, emotionally, characteristically, analytically, materially, physically, mentally, and spiritually discussed, planned, and noted down.”- Yogi Bhajan

If we want smart, creative, and resourceful leaders on earth, we need to prepare ourselves to produce and raise them properly without intruding on their own individuality. If you are ready to consciously conceive, you cannot begin to plan the pregnancy or call in the soul too early. Use your intention and prayer to plan your pregnancy for a very long time before you create the child in your womb. The planning and focused intention begins the moment you get the feeling you are ready or even in your teens if you know in the distant future you want children. Ancient Yogis would prepare for years and even lifetimes to bring an advanced soul into this world. It is best if you can prepare anywhere from three months to three years before conception, but if you don’t have this amount of time, start right now. During this period, you will begin to create a relationship with the type of soul you want to bring down and intimately communicate with the Being by getting to know one another.

Just like you would pray to Spirit or God, you begin to connect with your baby long before you meet through open conversation and asking for the type of individual you would like to create. According to Gurujas, teacher at RAMA Institute and a world-renowned meditation teacher and music artist, the more that you meditate and pray on that specific soul, the higher caliber of soul you are going to bring down. Be specific and ask for the type of individual you want to conceive, and include your partner in this process if he is willing. Speak to the Universe with the intention of bringing in a sacred child and committing to your part of the process. Conscious conception also requires a daily practice of meditation and prayer. Kundalini Yoga Kriyas, which are yogic posture sets, can also help to get your glandular system running correctly. Many of the meditations in this book would be an excellent way to begin creating your daily meditation practice. I recommend starting with the Kirtan Kriya explained further in the book because of the great amount of benefit this meditation holds and the fact that it helps to regulate the menstrual cycle. Before conception, you also want to begin to speak with your partner about all the practicalities of raising a child before he or she actually arrives.

While it is important to spiritually and mentally prepare before you conceive a child, it is also vital to practically prepare with earthly concerns. Before you become pregnant, it is optimal to discuss the basic physiological, safety, and love needs that the child will require to grow consciously. It is a good idea to sit down with your partner and discuss all the details over a long period of time.

You need to fully understand what types of roles you and other family members will play. Will family members take care of your children?
 Who will work and how many hours a week?
 Which partner’s career leads when it comes to taking care of children?
 Do you agree on diet or even vaccinations?
 What are your monetary fears and how will you feed and shelter the child?
 What type of school do you hope the child will attend?
 How do you plan to discipline?
 Where will the child sleep?
 Where do you ultimately want to live?

Personally, I never did any of this planning, and I wish from the bottom of my heart that I would have known better. That is why I am so dedicated to getting this material to you so that you can save yourself and your children simple worries that could be easily avoided. I can tell you from experience that you and your partner will not agree on everything after the child is born, and it can be a very stressful time. Hormones become imbalanced and emotions run deep when a baby arrives, and in the first years of child raising, it would be ideal for families to have a set of values to fall back on. When our first daughter arrived, I assumed that family members would step in and help us care for her, at least part of the time, which would have given me more freedom. This never happened, and it was heartbreaking, but it should have been something I discussed with them beforehand so that I did not set my expectations too high. My partner and I also did not set any clear expectations on what roles we would play when our babies were born or how long he would take leave from work. When he had to return to his company and long work hours, I was not prepared for his absence, and it shocked me, which only created blame and unnecessary guilt for him. If you are reading this and have not had your baby yet, much of your preparation can be done from the material supplied further in this book.

Beyond discussing the basic needs a family requires, you also need to get to know yourself deeply before having a baby, and even more importantly, you need to like yourself. If you want to conceive and birth a compassionate and loving child, you must love yourself first. If your self-esteem is low and you have not dealt with your personal insecurities or relationship issues, you will undoubtedly attract and create a child with a similar frequency and similar problems. Women have to go inside and discover all of the places that they are uncomfortable with and deal with the unresolved issues before they become pregnant so that these do not arise during motherhood, because I can promise you that they will. The meditations in this book are a great way to build the courage to have a child and will provide you a way to work through emotions. When you begin to connect to yourself, you will also begin to ultimately connect to the Infinite because you will realize that there is no difference. With your prayers come the answers; listen and you shall receive what you want in perfect timing. Let Mother Nature bring you what you want. Always know that everything happens just the way it is supposed to happen and in perfect timing. Learn to receive the great abundance.
