How to Avoid Nutrient Depletion in Pregnancy

Approximately seventy-four percent of American women are lacking proper nutrients in their diet. The effects of this level of depletion may not be apparent in your current state of health, but at some moment in time down the genetic chain someone in your family will suffer from this level of loss. Our genome has been maltreated for too many years, which may be the cause of the massive reproduction issues we are now experiencing.

Each generation will suffer more if we don’t start to pay closer attention to our body’s needs. It is only natural that we will start to see more problems with health in years to come, as individuals will likely begin to physically age faster, suffer emotionally and develop diseases at higher rates. In order to protect your children, you not only need to eat right, but you also must consider spacing your children or fully replenishing your nutrient levels between each pregnancy.

Know Your 11 Moon Centers and Rule the World

Beyond the planetary fluctuations and menstrual cycles we also have 11 moon centers that fluctuate every 2.5 days. Men only have one moon center at their chin, which should ideally be covered with hair in order to ground and stabilize the male. Women on the other hand are constantly moving in their emotions like the oceans and its tides. The benefit of knowing which moon cycle you are in is that this understanding provides clarity as to why your moods fluctuate so much.

Knowing what moon center you are in will help you to plan what to do in activities and life. It will also make you feel significantly less crazy as to why you may be moody, sad, focused, in love or insecure. Knowing yourself in every way is a way to gain your power back. The moon centers are subtle, but when you know which center your consciousness is residing in you will become incredibly intuitive. Yogi Bhajan said that the women who know their 11 moon centers will rule the Age of Aquarius.

Meditations to Boost Fertility

Meditations and Actions to Boost Fertility

 Walking Meditation: While walking, tell your womb that you are one hundred percent ready to conceive now and fully behind your decision. Honor your reproductive system not with demands but with respectful guidance. While walking, you can call upon the Angel of Fertility for additional support throughout your journey. Do this exercise daily to remain connected and give your system permission to become pregnant.

 Breathing White Light: While lying on your back, take deep breathes into your abdomen, expanding up to your lungs. With each inhale, draw the white light into your womb. When you are doing this, you are taking the attention out of your head and directing the energy to another part of your body. Let your body know that it is now your sacred mission to become pregnant and you are fully ready to consciously bring a child into this world.

 If you don’t know what the reproductive system looks like, you might want to get a picture of it so that you can actually visualize how the egg and sperm come together during conception and feel this in your body.

Kirtan Kriya Meditation for Fertility & Mental Clarity

This meditation is from the Kundalini heritage and was taught by Yogi Bhajan. It can be done daily during pregnancy, and music to follow along can be found online and on YouTube. The Kirtan Kriya will help to balance your mood and emotions. It will also help to regulate your menstrual cycle, which is vital when you are trying to become pregnant. You can also do it back to back with your partner to combine your energies. It improves the memory and brain function and balances the glandular system.

Sit with your legs crossed and spine straight to start. The SA-TA-NA-MA meditation helps to release haunting, limiting patterns of the subconscious mind and prepare a couple for pregnancy. As you chant, imagine energy flowing through the top of your head, or your crown center, and out your third eye, or the place mid-brow between your eyebrows, in an L shape. This helps to circulate your breath and the energy of the sound current.

Understand the Elements and the Transformative Power of Alchemy

The Transformative Power of Alchemy

Fire: The first step of the alchemical transformation is calcination which corresponds to the element of fire in your life. Calcination reduces everything to ashes and psychologically burns off the density of one’s personality and belief systems. When the element fire begins to affect your world, you will lose attachments to the material realm and free yourself from your own self-deception. Fire vigorously works on the ego and mind. The separation from a false reality and our attachments can be a painful process to go through.

Water: The element water creates the process of dissolution within your life. It helps us let go of relationships and paths not meant for us. Water cleanses and dissolves structures to create new patterns. This receptive element also helps to form your intuition and psychic abilities. This part of the spiritual transformation will take you to the watery depths of despair and provides a better understanding of all of your unresolved emotions. As you release all that does not serve you, you will be baptized and reborn.

Take These Steps to Heal Your Mother Wound

Watch the video to below to understand all of the ways that your mother effects your life. This is a common issue I see with clients so I have included a couple of exercises that will help you navigate any past trauma and heal from it. If you need further help contact Mystical Motherhood or contact Celestine Star as she can direct you further on how to release family contracts. Some of the following information is from an interview I completed with her and her life’s work of healing people.

Healing Your Inner Child: Learn to Mother Yourself

1. List all your traumas or dramas between the ages of 0 and 12 (if your mother has got some really good in-utero ones list those too).

2. Rescue your inner child and begin to mother her. This can be done at one age or multiple. You can find this child in any memories that still haunt you or memories left unhealed.

3. Take some time to tell this child that you love her and she is not alone. Hold her and make sure she knows how cared for she is. You can even hold a pillow while doing this. Allow any tears to flow or screams to arise.
